Can you feel it? March Madness is upon us. It’s time for the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament to determine which team will take home college basketball’s biggest prize. At Out of the Box Events, our business is teamwork. When playing a team sport, we win and lose as a team. We all have to play our positions, offering the best of ourselves to propel our team forward. When we win, we have friends to celebrate with, and when we lose, we make plans to better ourselves both individually and as a group.
So let’s go a little mad. Let’s embrace the March Madness. Let’s wait for those magic moments when players defy gravity and turn hours of practice into moments of excellence. Let’s watch all the small moves that make up the great games. Let’s watch the teams cheering and embracing when they win and remember the discipline and selflessness that comprise the victories. After all, there’s no “I” in “TEAMWORK.” But there is a lot of support and hard work.
